Line of Fire II
As the SCA season of war between man draws to a close the beasts of Dunlochs Wyldewood forest stir. The Canton of Dunloch and the Barony of Delftwood present Line Of Fire: Wilderwood, a weekend of singing, fencing, throwing, shooting and defending Dunloch from the beasts of the Wyldewood. Most of all join us for the camaraderie and fun!

The event will be held at the home of Ana and Wolfgang at 393 Fort Leazier Road, Mexico NY 13114 . This will be a 3 day event with camping starting at 5PM of Friday August 29th and lasting until 5PM on Sunday August 31st. The site is damp and fire is ok. Boxed lunch options will be provided by Lady Ana Sirena de Valbuena herself and there are plenty of nearby offsite eateries for those looking to get food elsewhere. Bug spray is highly recommended as we are in the woods near a creek.

We will be having plenty of fun on the range, including the baronial champion shoot and throw, all day shoot/throw, novelty shoot/throw, and the Medieval Brutality Competition (this time with fencing).

Lots of space for fencing melees run by Dauidh Amoury.

For those more interested in A&S there will be a bardic circle and a bardic duet competition. For kids there will be activities happening including defending the bounce castle, the return of the monster shoot, and a childrens bardic circle.

Saturday lunch – honey chicken, Spanish Farmers Rice (rice, carrots, onions, chickpeas) room temperature or cold, vegetables with a yogurt based dip, bread and butters (or dipping oil) and dried fruit cups .

Sunday breakfast – eggs with cheese and veggies (baked-with the possibility of cottage cheese), ham slices and apple fritters, coffee and hot water for tea and hot cocoa. Various meat and vegetable sausages, spinach and feta hand pies, cookie or small cake, and any leftovers from Saturday.
