It may take up to 48 hours for your information to be added to/changed on the events calendar.

Event Submission Form
Once approved by the Kingdom Chronicler your event will appear on the online calendar here.
Please only submit events being run by your group!

Update Event Form
Use this form to submit updates and corrections for your event.

Event Placeholder Form
Please use this form only when the date of an event is known but there are no additional details.

Event Cancellation Form
Please use this form in the unfortunate circumstance that an event must be cancelled and removed from the Kingdom Calendar.

Please Note: Just because your event is on the calendar does not mean that you have met all the requirements for publication in the AEstel. Your event must have the approval of your Seneschal and group before you submit it for publication.
