Reserve Æ Royal at Pennsic
Greetings fair populace!
I am Baron Snorri of Arindale, and TRMs Timothy and Gabrielle have given me the job of Pennsic Kingdom Resources Coordinator for Pennsic 52 this summer. Kingdom Resources include the following:

30×50 tent in Kingdom Camp

Scribal 1 20×20 in Kingdom Camp (generally only after 5 PM)

Scribal 2 20×20 in Kingdom Camp (generally only after 5 PM)

Bardic firepit area in Kingdom Camp

Private side 20×30 populace tent
-
Populace Hospitality Tent adjacent to entrance (generally only after 5 PM)

Æthelmearc Battlefield pavilion (generally only after 5 PM)

There is a Google Calendar to track usage here:

As events are submitted, if they are a traditional yearly event, eg. Viscount Haakon’s Bardic Circle, order meetings, the Children’s Party, or the Roses’ Happy Hour, they’ll go on the schedule on their usual time and date.
If your event has not happened recently, or is a new request, I’ll run it by TRMs for approval before adding it to the calendar. If there’s an issue, I’ll contact you quickly.
Submitting your event with the above form is the only way to be granted permission to use Kingdom resources at Pennsic.
