The only way to get from the upper floor (A&S, performances, auction, court) to the lower floor (brewers, food, social space, restrooms) is either via the interior stairs or via a sloped outdoor path which may be snowy. This year there will be a handicap-accessible porta-potty outside the doors to the upper floor.
