Virtual AEthelmearc AEcademy
Virtual AEcademy returns to AEthelmearc in 2026! Education knows no bounds in the modern world, even as it pertains to the medieval. Join us online through Google Meet (links to be shared closer to the event) for a free AEcademy & War College event on January 31, 2026 from 10am to 5pm. Classes cover a wide range of Arts & Sciences as well as a full track of classes on the martial pursuits!
At this time, our schedule is nearly full, but the class proposal form is still open for a few more submissions! Class proposals can be submitted via the Google Form linked here: https://forms.gle/UJ6JKqc6cCZ3u7DU8
The full schedule of classes can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iHwsimHRXNelxCoISvesTXRXIcGOGh3vB9hYScaWSZg/edit?usp=sharing
Additionally, the booklet with class descriptions and teacher information is linked here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1a1f0qnrV9COs4-gw4GeB6i2GPP23jaX4/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=112679623879897700522&rtpof=true&sd=true
Our online classes will be set up where you can move freely between classrooms as well as an Artisan’s Green space for socializing and parallel play. Dress in your comfiest garb and spend the day with us learning about everything from Viking sails to Chinese missile weapons to period fencing techniques, all from the comfort of your own home. Our classes are being taught by instructors across 8 kingdoms of the Known World, so it is truly a valuable opportunity to learn, make connections, and grow our society.
We look forward to the sharing of knowledge across the Known World as winter descends upon our lands. Please contact your AECademy Chancellors, Elinor Walden and Oyama Michiharu, with any questions pertaining to Virtual AEcademy and War College via their email at aecademy@aethelmearc.org
