The cost is $30 per night for single occupancy, $40 per night for double (or more) occupancy. All rooms sleep two people, some rooms can sleep three people. Dorm reservations must be made in advance with payment. Dorm rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Those wishing to reserve a dorm room should first email Baroness Annika Iosafova (Diana Haldenwang, diana.haldenwang@gmail.com) to confirm availability. In the email, please provide the names and Kingdom region of the individuals/group wishing to reserve a room, and any accessibility needs. The individual must then mail a check made payable to SCA NY Inc. – Shire of Coppertree for the full cost of the overnight room in order to secure the reservation. The check must be received within 10 days of confirming room availability by email, otherwise the room will be released to the next individual/group seeking a room.
Checks should be mailed to:
Diana Haldenwang

*Please be sure to include the names of all individuals staying in the room with your check.
There are many hotel options in and around Utica, including on North Genesee Street in Utica, in downtown Utica, and in nearby New Hartford. We recommend booking early, as there is a Utica Comets home game on Saturday night.
