The Shire of Misty Highlands would like to welcome the populace of Æthelmearc back to the beautiful mountains of West Virginia for the Crown Tournament of Andreas III and Kallista III. Crown Tournament will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Chestnut Ridge Park, 346 Chestnut Ridge Camp Road, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The site will open at 9:00 in the morning and will close at 5:00 in the evening.
This site is a public park, so there will be visitors. No alcohol or open flames are allowed. Pets and service dogs are allowed but must be on leash at all times.
A detailed schedule of the day will be determined by Their Royal Majesties closer to the day of the tournament.
Troll fees will be $15 for members and $25 for non-members, with gentles under the age of 18 attending freely with the welcome of the Shire.
There will be no pre-registration for this event. We will accept cash or checks made payable to SCA WV, Inc. – Shire of Misty Highlands at troll the day of the event.
There will be a day board prepared by our cousins from The Barony of Blackstone Mountain Cooks Guild. A menu will be provided closer to the day of the tournament.
