Rumblings of War have reached our borders, to help prepare, Steltonwald invites all to gather at Cooper’s Lake Campground, (205 Currie Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057) for AEthelmearc War Practice XXXV, May 14-17, 2026

The site opens Thursday at noon. Troll closes promptly at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 16, 2026 No admittance after 3:00 pm without event wristband.

There is no pre-reservation. Please make checks payable to SCA-PA, Inc. Shire of Steltonwald. There are no credit cards or bank cards taken at troll.

Those arriving on Thursday:
Adult event registration – $60.00
Adult member discount registration – $50.00
Child* event registration – $20.00

Those arriving on Friday:
Adult event registration – $50.00
Adult member registration – $40.00
Child* event registration – $15.00

Those arriving on Saturday:
Adult event registration – $40.00
Adult member event registration – $30.00
Child* event registration – $10.00

*Child 6-17 years of age.
Children age 5 and under are free.
RV camper registration – $10.00 per night RV’s must park on the Serengetti.

Late Arrivals Troll will be closed between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. Those arriving between those hours must park on the battlefield in designated areas and may not enter the site until the paperwork has been completed. Late arrivals will be responsible for following this protocol, however, any individual found to have violated this requirement will be asked to leave the site and will not be able to attend the event.

Troll will close at 3pm on Saturday, if you have not trolled in by that time you will not be admitted to the event
