A Day of Tournaments and Kingdom Equestrian Championship Updates
Just a little more information out about our event and an important deadline.
All reservations and pre-orders are due by September 1st.
Everyone must troll in and sign Horse waiver before entering site.

Kingdom Equestrian Champs will be run by MIC Mistress Ysabeau Tiercelin ( Phoebe Waller-Sharp 7132 Tayler Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075) Please contact her with any questions about equestrian activities.

Crest and Jousting:will be organized byTHL Gesa von Wellenstein.
Equestrian amenities pre order: Hay square bale & Shavings $8 a bale. (Portable pens allowed.)22 Stalls available $25 each. All horses must have up to date coggins and rabies
Bring your A&S display coordinated by Elska and Astrya )
Heavy: John the Pell has been tasked with developing equestrian based tournaments and melee. Your guess is better than mine.
Fencing: Garnet and Shell Tournament: While pearls are lovely, it’s time to shed light on the iridescent radiance of the shells that surround them! Open to all authorized fencers who are ineligible to compete for a spot in the Pearls, this tournament will be a chance to showcase and celebrate the skill and quality that all those who live in Shires, Colleges, the Dominion, or any other Non-Barony/Canton area have to offer as they compete for one of the coveted Coins to gain entry into the Garnet and Steel Tournament. (Format will be announced immediately after Pennsic.)
There will also be Thrown weapons and Target Archery will have a novelty equestrian-themed range.
Bardic Circle : Join us Saturday evening around the bonfire. Site is damp. But do not go into the park with an open container.
Youth
There will be a wide range of activities to keep the younger ones busy. Activities will include making a stick horse and taking the new steed onto a youth jousting field. Weather permitting, water balloon targets may be involved!

Site Opens Friday at 3 pm closes Sunday noon
Description: A three-day weekend centered around medieval equestrian games (BYOH – Bring your own horse!) and equestrian-themed target archery. We are hoping to be able to offer a second Mounted Archery Clinic for both mounted – and new-to-horses archers by using a wooden fake horse. And of course, there will be plenty of horse-play for kids and young at heart!
Horses aren’t your thing? We also have marshals and plenty of space for other activities such as Heavy, fencing, thrown weapons, Target archery, A&S and some horse themed youth activities.

Troll will be located at Elm st Entrance ( Do not use main entrance to Melvin park). Car Parking is on the left before fence. ( Do not park in school parking lot on right, violators will be towed).
All attendees must troll in before entering sight. (Horse Waiver must be signed before entry)

Limitations on site use
Alcohol : Damp site (Owego has open container laws. We have approval only for the site area. Do not drink in Marvin park, past sidewalk in front of buildings.)
Open flame: yes.
Handicapped/ wheelchair accessibility: yes. Except for grandstand
Pets: yes. Dogs on leash (please clean up after them, must have current rabies)
Weapons: NO FIREARMS but all other weapons ok

Directions: Make you best route to NY-17/86 to Owego take exit 64 toward NY-96/Owego/Ithaca
From the west turn left onto NY 96/ south side dr .4 mi,
From the East continue onto rte 434 access rd .3mi, turn right onto south side dr.2mi
contine from both directions-
turn left on to court st bridge,4 mi, turn left onto main st150ft, continue straight to stay on main st .2 mi, turn right onto McMaster st 400ft, turn left onto Elm st go to end of st., car parking is on the left before fence. Troll is at gate on right. Do not park on right in school parking lot.
Everyone must troll in and sign Horse waiver before entering site. Those with horses will be directed where to unload.
