Additional notes on Wheelchair Accessibility: Site is not ADA Accessible but does have some ramps and handicap facilities
Additional Notes on Alcohol Policy: Due to new regulations the site is now dry. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Additional Notes on Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed if leashed at all times. Unleashed animals will be asked to leave site.
Additional Notes on Flames: Flames allowed only in designated areas (Camp fire pit and Hall firepit) No other open flames are allowed on site.
In the days leading up to the legendary hunt for the White Hart, the folk of Port Oasis prepared a feast and celebration in their local lodge. These festivities prepared them for the long days ahead, tracking the ever-elusive and elegant White Hart, took place over several days. It will begin on Friday, March 7th, A.S. LIX by welcoming travelers from far and wide with warm and filling food and drink, and a good night’s rest. Early Saturday morning, March 8th, the day’s events will begin with a hearty breakfast and lunch intermingled with tournaments and activities for all. A magnificent feast will be had in the evening, followed by more merriment. On the morning of Sunday, March 9th, we will send forth our hunters until next year.
The first Lady of the White Hart by her own hand, Baroness Rosheen o Faye and her Lord of the White Hart, Baron Gunther Grunbaum, wish to invite the Known World to join them in a celebration of tradition, love, and chivalry at the 25th Anniversary of the Tournament of the White Hart, in the Shire of the Port Oasis, where they would challenge all comers to display their honor, love and arms for All to see through acts of chivalry and pageantry. Competitions will be held for the Champion in Heavy Fighting, the Defender in Fencing, the Yeoman in Archery, the Artisan in A&S, and the inaugural Ranger of the White Hart in thrown weaponry.

Event pre-registration, Feast and Cabin reservations are now open. You may send them to the Reservation clerk at the above address. All pre-registrations must be received no later than Friday, February 21, 2025, to allow for processing in time for the event. Make all checks payable to SCA WV, INC-Shire of Port Oasis.

Lodging:
Single bunks are available on a first come first served basis in the Women-only & Co-Ed dorms off the main hall for $10/weekend – there are limited reservations available for the bunks.
2 Cabins are still available for $200/ea for the weekend and sleep up to 16 – Email the Reservations Clerk about cabin availability prior to sending reservation monies as they go fast.
Free Camping is available upon request.
