Good day, good day Nobles one and all from whence those brave Hunters of these Sylvan Lands do call Home! Mark well ye a most momentous and novel occurrence to come! For lo, after the War, after the Harvest, yet before the darkest night, there shouldst be a Revel! And it shouldst be filled with dance! And drink! And games of whimsey to test if skill or folly rules the day! How’s that food t’weren’t yet mentioned? Yea, finest victuals shall be had! And sweets, so many!, as seen on display at nuptial’s celebrations in those Debatable Lands! (meaning a Pittsburgh Cookie Table!) Hast thou skill in concocting cordials? Bring your brews! Test thine skills and allowst yon fellow revelers to proclaim whose delectable drink deserves decoration! – Words by Maighster Kieran MacRae
The populace will vote for their favorite cookies and cordials with prizes going to the winners.
All food for the day is included in the registration cost. We will have a simple, tasty sideboard during the day and a delectable buffet feast during the evening ball.

Armored Turnips – Turnips, butter, cheese, powdered dulce
Macrows (Pasta with Butter & Cheese) – Flour, butter, cheese
Rabbit Hand Pies (gluten free available) – Rabbit, bay leaves, celery, carrots, olive oil, onions, garlic, thyme, flour, salt, eggs, cumin, sugar, cloves, peppercorns, quinces/apples, barley, juniper berries
Apple Glazed Pork Loin – Pork loin, apples, butter, dry cider, sage, chicken broth
Orange & Roasted Pine Nut Salad – Candied orange rind, pine nuts, assorted greens
Spinach & Chickpeas (gluten free available) – Chickpeas, spinach, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, garlic, olive oil, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, almonds
Scotch Eggs (vegetarian available) – Quail eggs, sausage (For vegetarian version, falafel will be used in place of sausage
Sambocade (Elderflower Cheesecake) (gluten free available) – Cottage cheese, ricotta, elderflowers, rose water, flour, butter
Pears in Port – Pears, port wine, sugar

PAID PRE-REGISTRATION RECOMMENDED! We may fill up our venue again this year. Pre-registrants will receive a handmade tasting cup for use at the cordial tasting!
