DESCRIPTION:Additional Notes on Alcohol Policy: Alcohol can only be consumed in the main facility.\nAdditional Notes on Flames: Candles can be used in the Dining hall and deck\, but campfires may only be used in designated areas. \nThe Shire of Heronter invites all to join us for the 32ND Harvest Raid\, located at Lake Chautauqua Lutheran Center\, 5013 NY-430\, Bemus Point\, NY 14712. Activities will include Heavy Fighting\, Fencing\, Thrown Weapons\, Archery\, Arts and Sciences Display\, and a Silent Auction.\nGate will be open on Friday\, September 25\, 5:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. and on Saturday\, September 26\, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The site will close at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday\, September 27. All participants are asked to be off site by 11:00 a.m.\nCabin spaces and feast reservations should be requested at time of pre-registration and are based on availability. Please note that this year we are permitted to use cabins 1-9 and while tents are allowed\, campers are not. We apologize for any inconvenience.\nYour Event Stewards are Lady Sybil and Lord John of Heronter. All merchants must register with the Autocrat no later than September 20.\nAll alcohol consumption is relegated to the Hall.
