There is a restroom and a shower that are wheelchair accessible. The owner of the site does not call it ADA Accessible as some cabins are not ADA Accessible.\nAdditional Notes on Alcohol Policy: All alcohol must be consumed in the main hall or on the Deck.\nPlease join us for year 31 of Harvest Raid. The Shire of Heronter will once again gather at the traditional site to do the traditional things! Activities will include Heavy Fighting\, Fencing\, Thrown Weapons\, Archery\, A&S Display\, Silent Auction\, and more!\nTroll will be open on Friday\, September 26\, 5:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. and Saturday\, September 27\, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The site will close at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday\, September 28\, and all participants should plan to be off site by that time.\nThe event is at the Lake Chautauqua Lutheran Center\, 5013 NY-430\, Bemus Point\, NY 14712. Cabin spaces and feast reservations should be requested at time of pre-registration and are based on availability. Please note that this year we are only permitted to use cabins 1-9 and We happily announce we may use tent camping this year. Unfortunately we can not have camper camping at this time. Follow the signs for Route 430 West towards Westfield and Mayville. From the exit\, it will be several miles to the site (3 or 4 miles depending on where you start counting). You will pass Long Point Park and Midway Park before seeing the Lutheran Camp on your left at the top of a long hill next to a huge tree.\nFrom the North: Take your best Route to I-90. Exit at the Westfield exit and take Route 394 to Mayville. Pick up Route 430 East and follow to the site. The site will be on your right.\nIndoor space is available in the Main Hall for socializing\, projects\, games\, and more as well as the A&S Display and Silent Auction. More information will appear on the Facebook page as we firm up details.\nArts and Sciences Display – All attendees are encouraged to bring items\, in progress or complete\, to display in the Arts & Sciences Display. Documentation is encouraged but not required. There will be a populace vote with a prize to be announced at evening court.\nSilent Auction – We welcome SCA-appropriate donations for a Silent Auction\, including items you make or gear that needs a new home.\nMerchants – Merchants are welcome with no additional charge to the event registration. DESCRIPTION:Royal Progress:   \nAdditional Notes on Flames: Fire pits must be raised off of the ground \nLordes and Ladyes\, Heed This Call to Revelry!\nThe Shire of Sylvan Glen joyfully invites one and all to attend their inaugural Halloween Event on October 3rd through 5th\, Anno Societatis LX\, at the enchanting Camp Frame in Hedgesville. \nLet your spirit run wild amidst a host of autumnal delights! Fierce warriors may try their mettle upon the field of battle in martial activities including armored combat\, rapier thrown weapons and archery competitions. Heavy combat and rapier activities will be centered around Halloween themes\, which may include a zombie battle. Thrown weapons activities may include zombies and fake blood while archery will be a woods shoot. The Forrester’s guild will also have a variety of activities and also some classes will be taught. \nTheir majesties are also pleased to announce that they will be choosing their A&S and Thrown Weapons champions during the Saturday festivities. \nFriday evening will hold bardic activities\, possible torchlight tournament. A traveler’s repast will be provided for all in attendance. \nCabins are available with bunk beds\, and the cabin reservation is included in site fee. Cabins have bathrooms and showers available for use. Cabins are divided into sections that accommodate 12-24 people. Limited space remains for cabins. Only upper bunks are still open and available. \nCamping is available on a limited basis due to space constraints and we encourage all attendees to use the cabin space if possible. Bedding is not provided.\nFor Saturday evening’s feast\, join us for a creepy culinary adventure presented by our feastocrat Lady Arianna del Vallone. The veil betwixt the realms of mortal and fey grows thin as Samhain draws nigh. Turn Left into the Archery Club\nFrom the North:\nMake your best way to I-79 S. Take exit 88 Zelienople. At end of ramp turn right onto Little Creek Road continue for about ∏ mile and turn Left onto Perry Hwy/US 19. In approx 1.5 miles\, turn right at W Beaver St/PA-68 (Please note there is a 7Eleven on the far right corner of this intersection). Continue to follow PA-68 for about 6 miles.
