The event will be in multiple buildings on campus including the main building and the Tech building. The day will celebrate the gentle arts and showcase the kingdom’s artisans in competition\, display\, and community. The Autocrat is Lady Elinor Walden (mka as Elle Kaplan) and the Head Cook is Mistress Illadore de Bedegrayne. \nJoin us on April 13th at Ingomar United Methodist Church\, 1501 W Ingomar Rd\, Pittsburgh\, PA 15237. The site opens at 9am with the Last Court of Gareth and Juliana to begin at 10:00 am. Sideboard lunch starts after the Coronation ceremonies\, to be followed by classes\, largesse competition\, A&S display\, and artisans’ forum with demos and make-and-takes to interest our entire populace. The First Court of Murdoch and Rioghnach begins at 5pm\, followed by the feast with limited seating. The site closes at 8pm. \nThe site is completely handicap accessible with designated parking\, ramps\, and elevators. SUMMARY:A Most Excellent Thrown Weapons Muster
DESCRIPTION:Additional Notes on Alcohol Policy: All beverages must be hidden and empties removed from site. \nAdditional Notes on Pet Policy: All pets are to be on a leashes and be cleaned up after. Any misbehaving pets and owners will be asked to leave site \nA day of throwing weapons. There will be multiple ranges and multiple classes inside and out side the main hall. \nPlease join us for this free even on April 19th -21st\, 2024. This event will start at 5 on the 19th and will close at 11 on the 21st. There is room inside for anyone that would like to put down a sleeping bag and space for camping. If bringing a camper there is hookups and there is a fee do the site of $10. \nIf you are interested in running a range or a thrown weapons class please reach out to the class coordinator Baroness Anastasie delamoure at anastasiedelamoure@gmail.com. \nAs there is LOTS of inside space if you are interested in teaching any scribal or sewing classes please reach out to our class coordinator Baroness Anastasie delamoure. \nIf you have any food allergies please reach out to our cook for the day William Bough Walker at edwardthearcher@gmail.com. \nAlthough this is a free event we do ask you to drop an email to our class coordinator so we can get an approximate head count so there is enough food. \nWith camping space you can bring your tent or can place a cot in the main hall and spend the night with us. THE GOOGLE MAP BELOW IS NOT CORRECT. \n1537 Perry HWY\nMercer\, PA 16137-3929 \nIMPORTANT PARKING AND OTHER INFORMATION FROM THE SITE OWNER:\nThe site itself is private property\, “decidedly wet” for those that imbibe and primitive\, though there will be a port-o-castle for the occasion. \nBe sure to enter HWY and not Highway into your GPS. It is a 20-minute drive between locations. \nHere is a map that uses Rachel’s Roadhouse as a landmark\, you should too.\n#1 is the neighbor’s driveway — Do not use!\n#2 is the only road that you should use. It is immediately after road #1. Note that there is a place to “drop off” and a place to “park”\nThis is a neighbors driveway\, do not block the road\, but feel free to park along either side of it. This space is flat and grassy\, be kind to it\n#3 is my driveway\, feel free to use to turn around as needed\, and you can park along it in an overflow situation if needed\nThe circled playing space is flat and wooded\, plus there is a 1/4 mile loop trail around the property that we can use. \n \n
