DESCRIPTION:Royal Progress:   \nAdditional Notes on Flames: Fire pits must be raised off of the ground \nLordes and Ladyes\, Heed This Call to Revelry!\nThe Shire of Sylvan Glen joyfully invites one and all to attend their inaugural Halloween Event on October 3rd through 5th\, Anno Societatis LX\, at the enchanting Camp Frame in Hedgesville. \nLet your spirit run wild amidst a host of autumnal delights! Fierce warriors may try their mettle upon the field of battle in martial activities including armored combat\, rapier thrown weapons and archery competitions. Heavy combat and rapier activities will be centered around Halloween themes\, which may include a zombie battle. Thrown weapons activities may include zombies and fake blood while archery will be a woods shoot. The Forrester’s guild will also have a variety of activities and also some classes will be taught. \nTheir majesties are also pleased to announce that they will be choosing their A&S and Thrown Weapons champions during the Saturday festivities. \nFriday evening will hold bardic activities\, possible torchlight tournament. A traveler’s repast will be provided for all in attendance. \nCabins are available with bunk beds\, and the cabin reservation is included in site fee. Cabins have bathrooms and showers available for use. Cabins are divided into sections that accommodate 12-24 people. Limited space remains for cabins. Only upper bunks are still open and available. \nCamping is available on a limited basis due to space constraints and we encourage all attendees to use the cabin space if possible. Bedding is not provided.\nFor Saturday evening’s feast\, join us for a creepy culinary adventure presented by our feastocrat Lady Arianna del Vallone. We will be at Camp Lutherlyn\, 500 Lutherlyn Ln.\, Butler PA 16001. Fees for the day are $15 for members\, $10 children 5-17 years old and children under 5 are free. Stories\, songs\, sharing something they taught us\, or simply just listening to the stories told round the fire. All these stories serve to refresh our memories or create new ones. In my mind\, that keeps them alive in some small way.\nI struggled with the theme of this event because I did not want it to turn dark and depressing\, quite the opposite\, my hope for the day is that we celebrate the lives of those that have gone before us. To that end\, I am compiling a memory board containing photos of our fallen friends which will be displayed in the main hall. Crown Tournament will be held on Saturday\, October 18\, 2025\, at Chestnut Ridge Park\, 346 Chestnut Ridge Camp Road\, Bruceton Mills\, WV 26525. The site will open at 9:00 in the morning and will close at 5:00 in the evening.\nThis site is a public park\, so there will be visitors. No alcohol or open flames are allowed. DESCRIPTION:Additional Notes on Pet Policy: Must be leashed at all times.\nAdditional Notes on Flames: No BBQ grills in the gym \nRoyal Progress:   \nGood subjects of the realm\, lend thy ears to this royal proclamation! \nBy command of Her Royal Majesty\, Queen Kallista Regina\, let it be known throughout the land that a grand and glorious Queen’s Rapier Tournament shall be held on the 13th of December\, upon the tourney field adjacent to the West Windsor Baptist Church 166 N Rd\, Windsor\, NY 13865! \nHer Majesty\, ever delighting in displays of skill and chivalry\, doth summon all noble fencers\, those whose blades are keen and whose spirits are bold\, to vie for honor and the coveted title of Queen’s Rapier Champion. Let none forget the weighty task of winning Her Majesty’s favor and proving oneself worthy of such a high distinction. \nPrepare thy finest rapiers\, sharpen thy wits\, and don thy most honorable attire! \nArrival of Combatants: All valiant fencers intending to partake in this noble endeavor shall present themselves on the tourney grounds by the hour of 11am. \nThe Lists: The lists shall be opened shortly thereafter\, and combat will commence with all due ceremony and pageantry. \nBy the grace of our most beauteous Queen Kallista\, all are bid to gather for a midday repast in her honor. This year we will be holding this event in the Barony of St. Swithin’s Bog at the Johnstown Galleria located at 500 Galleria Drive\, Johnstown\, Pa. 15904.Those who attend can come on Saturday from 9:00a-7:00p and Sunday from 9:00a-5:00p (hours subject to change). \nThere will be heavy fighting\, fencing\, and youth combat throughout the day. Since the NYS Fairgrounds are directly overseen by New York State\, there can be NO EXCEPTIONS. \nPlease join Delftwood for the Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins on February 21\, 2026 at our AMAZING NEW SITE: The Wegmans Art & Home Building at the Great New York State Fairgrounds! With about 20\,000 square feet\, we have room for everything: fencing (of course)\, heavy fighting\, bardic performances on stage\, merchants\, courtesans\, a living artists’ display\, vigils\, a scroll blank competition\, largesse competition\, and more! It’s also the Investiture of Ixac and Amalie as Baron and Baroness! The site is fully-accessible through ramps and elevators. But our lands do not fall quiet – no\, there is much to do before the warmth returns. Lady Kattera Doplerin and THLady Elinor Walden hereby announce St Brigid’s Inn\, an artisan’s forum and guild hall event\, focused on crafting\, mending\, and teaching of our gentler arts. \nSt Brigid’s Inn will occur in the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands at Buffalo Inn (3757-3779 Buffalo Dr\, South Park Township\, PA 15129) on February 21\, 2026. Site opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. \nAttend a variety of informal classes\, see demonstrations and take home new crafts\, and bring your own works-in-progress to enjoy the community of others. Repair your garb and armor for the warmer months and learn new skills to further embellish your medieval life. DESCRIPTION:In the days leading up to the legendary hunt for the White Hart\, the populace of Port Oasis prepares a feast and celebration in their local lodge. These festivities meant to prepare them for the long days ahead\, tracking the ever elusive and elegant White Hart\, will take place over several days. It will begin on Friday\, March 6th\, A.S. LX\, by welcoming travelers from far and wide with some warm and filling food and drink\, and a good night’s rest. Early morning on Saturday\, March 7th\, the day’s events will begin with a hearty breakfast and lunch intermingled with tournaments and activities for all. A magnificent feast will be had in the evening\, followed by more merriment. On the morning of Sunday\, March 8th\, we will send forth our hunters until next year. \nBaroness Ascillia Attebroke\, the second Lady of the White Hart by her own hand\, her consort\, Hùsfreyja Aine ny Allane\, invite the Known World to join them in a celebration of love\, friendship\, courtesy\, and chilvary at the 26th Tournament of the White Hart in the Shire of Port Oasis.
