Join us for a day of Heavy fighting\, Archery\, Thrown Weapons\, Fencing\, and Arts and Science. \nThe site will have plenty of open space if you wish to bring a pop-up or a pavilion. \nThis year’s event will be held at the Seven Hills Girl Scout Camp\, 10299 Savage Road\, Holland\, NY 14080. DESCRIPTION:Royal Progress:    \nUnto all the peoples of the Kingdom of AEthelmearc I send greetings and joyous news! The time has come to crown our Royal Highnesses\, and once again showcase the prowess and skill of our many talented citizens and neighbors. \nWe bring to you a day full of amazing sights. We shall bear witness to the coronation of Prince Gareth Kincaid and Princess Julianna Delamere as they ascend the Sylvan throne for their 5th reign \nOn September 19 at the AMVETS 265 North Ave\, Washington\, Pa we will celebrate all that is good in our beloved Kingdom culminating in a grand feast to end the day. \nTheir Majesties will be seeking their Heavy Weapons Champion. A tournament will be held and a victor chosen from all worthy combatants. \nWe will also have fencing and throwing weapons\, please restrict any pavilions or easy ups to the lower field. We will be holding an A&S display\, as well as scribal play time. Their Highnesses are also requesting Largesse donations. There is no theme and they request that you make what you wish. \nA day board is included in your site fee. The feast will be capped at 50 people. Pre-registration is encouraged to ensure we can serve all attending. Site fee for members is $20\, non members $30\, feast is $15\, children free. (The site is wet\, so brewing entries are welcome!) There will also be room for Arts & Sciences displays! However\, since this event is being held in the same location two years in a row\, we will be offering virtual entries and encourage these competitors to deliver their projects to the site even if they cannot be present.\nThe in-person competition will be held along the same lines as in the past (visit the A&S Champs Web Page for more information). Entries will be judged face-to-face and the scoring will be based on the Kingdom A&S rubrics. Judges and competitors will be contacted ahead of the event to schedule judging slots.\nIn order to accommodate scheduling both in-person and virtual judging\, there will be no day-of entries. The deadline to enter will be September 26th\, 2026 at midnight. Non-members 18 and older will be charged an additional $10 non-member fee. Please join us for an intimate weekend of fiber\, fabric\, fighting\, and feasting. Friday night\, attendees will arrive to light snacks and a cozy communal atmosphere full of interesting people\, books\, and crafts. On Saturday\, there will be an all-day period inspired feast with several removes\, engaging classes\, and fighting (weather permitting). As always\, the site has ample space for tent camping\, outdoor activities\, and vendors–please contact the Autocrat if interested. \nSite:\nThe event will be held at the Seven Mountains Scout Camp\, 227 Sand Mountain Rd\, Spring Mills\, PA 16875. The site opens at 5PM on Friday and closes 10 am Sunday.
