DESCRIPTION:Additional Notes on Alcohol Policy: No alcohol permitted in Grange Hall / Fairgrounds are discreetly damp\nAdditional Notes on Flames: fires must be contained in firepits with solid bottoms. no ground fires. ashes must be dumpted in a designated spot \nUnto all the peoples of the Kingdom of Aethelmearc I send greetings and joyous news! \nThe time has come to crown their Highnesses\, and once again showcase the prowess and skill of our many talented citizens and neighbors. \nOn April 11\, we will celebrate all that is good in our beloved Kingdom\, culminating in an English feast inspired by the poetic cookbook\, Liber Cure Cocorum. \nThe Shires of Ballachlagan and Kings Crossing invite you all to be a part of the festivities at\nHookstown Fairgrounds 1198 PA-168\, Hookstown\, PA 15050. Troll opens at 9 am. The site closes at 9pm. \nWe bring to you a day full of amazing sights. We shall bear witness to the coronation of Prince Oliver Sutton and Princess Grainne Shionnach as they ascend the Sylvan throne for their first reign. \nWe will marvel at the skill and grace of beautiful horses and riders as our equestrian combatants take the field to battle for the next equestrian champion of glorious Aethelmearc. All equine trailers are to be parked near Gate 7 after unloading unless they have living quarters\, in which case they may utilize the campgrounds. There will be a $15 dollar per night camping fee. \nChairs may not leave the grange hall so plan to bring one along if you want to relax and watch the tournament. \nCount Bjarki Rikardarson will hold a tournament to fight for the honor of becoming the next heavy weapons champion!. \nThere will be fencing\, archery\, thrown weapons and an arts and sciences display. \nWe will be holding a silent auction to raise funds for the scribal box as well. Donations for the auction are most welcome\, please contact the autocrat to donate. \nLunch is included in your site fee. Options include. Chicken Salad Sandwich\, Cole Slaw\, Carrot and Celery sticks with ranch dressing\, cookies \nTuna Salad Sandwich with Pasta Salad\, Carrot and Celery sticks with ranch dressing\, cookies \nVegetarian Option: Egg Salad Sandwich with Pasta Salad\, Carrot and Celery sticks with ranch dressing\, cookies \nGluten Free Option: no sandwich bun.
