It is a time to feast\, make merry\, and chase away the winter chill with the warmth of good company. \nPlease note that this is a dry site (no alcohol permitted). Our event will utilize the community center\, kitchen\, and connected restrooms\, not the full church. Please be advised that while all activities will be held on one level\, the site does not claim to be ADA accessible. \n— \nThe Feast: A Shared Board \nThe heart of our celebration is a shared table. DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars! The Barony of Thescorre will be having a free\, heavy fighter-focused two-day event. The site is located at the Refinery\, 936 Exchange St. Rochester\, NY. \nThe site will open at 9:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM\, on both January 24th and 25th. There is no cost for entry to the event. \nHeavy fighting will be held in the gym upstairs and classes will be held on the first floor of the building in Redshield Hall. \nThere will be no feast or day board at this event\, so attendees are encouraged to pack lunch or plan to purchase a meal off-site. \nFor those who wish to contribute to covering the cost of the site\, donations will be accepted. \nPlease note; this site is not completely accessible for those with mobility issues. The only way to access the gym is the stairs\, though there is a ramp available for accessing Redshield Hall. \nDaniel of Blackthorn (Daniel Beadle) will be the steward for this event. Previous iterations of this event have drawn over 200 attendees\, and we look forward to welcoming returning and new participants alike. \nActivities will include Heavy Fighting\, Archery\, Arts & Sciences classes\, and period social activities.
