DESCRIPTION:Additional Notes on Pet Policy: Leashed pets welcome. \nPlease join us on May 30th at the Jackson County Junior Fairgrounds in Cottageville WV where the Barony of Blackstone Mountain will hold its annual Baronial Championship event to determine who will represent the Barony at the next 7 Pearls. We will hold competitions in Heavy Weapons\, Fencing\, Archery\, Thrown Weapons\, Arts and Sciences and Bardic. At the request of the Baronage\, no one with a Peer level award in an area of competition may compete in that specific area. However they are free to compete in any other category. \nSite fee is $20.00 for Non Members and $10.00 for Members. Children 17 and under are free. Site is Indoor/Outdoor but is wheelchair friendly. Site is DRY. Dayboard is included with site fee and will be provided by Astridr vigaskegg (Kelly West) OL. \nAutocrat for the event is THL Verena von Talhain (Vicki Martin) vmartin2304@gmail.com \nSite will open at 8:30am and troll will close promptly at noon. We would invite all that desire to increase their knowledge or skill to join us at the Clarion Inn\, 4328 William L. Wilson Fwy\, Harpers Ferry\, WV 25425 \nThis site is discreetly damp\, there is a bar and restaurant located in the hotel so they ask that we not serve alcohol except as is necessary in a class setting. All teaching areas are ADA accessible with both a ramp and elevator. Fierce warriors may try their mettle upon the field of battle in martial activities\, including armored combat\, rapier\, thrown weapons\, and archery competitions. \nFriday evening will hold bardic activities\, possible torchlight tournament. A traveler’s repast will be provided for all in attendance. \nCome join us for a feast at The Convivio of Three Realms: An evening with Dante.
