It is time to celebrate the ancient Celtic festival of Imbolc at The Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins! The event will take place Saturday\, February 1st\, 2025\, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM at the Fulton Polish Home\, 153 W 1st St S\, Fulton\, NY 13069. A Celtic Dayboard will be available to all. The evening’s feast will also be Celtic themed.\nThere will be Celtic themed fiber arts roundtable\, games\, bardic tavern time\, and clothing contest! Join us for a wonderful Spanish themed weekend event at Camp Louise in the Barony of Endless Hills.\nCamp louise is a mostly outdoor event space but we do have showers and restrooms. The site is rustic and some areas may be difficult for mobility devices\, but we do have accessible restrooms.\nPlease keep in mind that parking is extremely limited and we highly recommend carpooling.\nThere will be limited cabin spaces available. Fierce warriors may try their mettle upon the field of battle in martial activities including armored combat\, rapier thrown weapons and archery competitions. Heavy combat and rapier activities will be centered around Halloween themes\, which may include a zombie battle. Thrown weapons activities may include zombies and fake blood while archery will be a woods shoot. The Forrester’s guild will also have a variety of activities and also some classes will be taught. \nTheir majesties are also pleased to announce that they will be choosing their A&S and Thrown Weapons champions during the Saturday festivities. \nFriday evening will hold bardic activities\, possible torchlight tournament. A traveler’s repast will be provided for all in attendance. \nCabins are available with bunk beds\, and the cabin reservation is included in site fee. Cabins have bathrooms and showers available for use. Cabins are divided into sections that accommodate 12-24 people. Limited space remains for cabins. Only upper bunks are still open and available. \nCamping is available on a limited basis due to space constraints and we encourage all attendees to use the cabin space if possible. Lady Kattera Doplerin and THLady Elinor Walden hereby announce St Brigid’s Inn\, an artisan’s forum and guild hall event\, focused on crafting\, mending\, and teaching of our gentler arts. \nSt Brigid’s Inn will occur in the Barony-Marche of the Debatable Lands at Buffalo Inn (3757-3779 Buffalo Dr\, South Park Township\, PA 15129) on February 21\, 2026. Site opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. \nAttend a variety of informal classes\, see demonstrations and take home new crafts\, and bring your own works-in-progress to enjoy the community of others. Repair your garb and armor for the warmer months and learn new skills to further embellish your medieval life. The Debatable Lands is holding a Japanese Iris Festival and Iron Comet Challenge at the Barn in Old Economy Park. This is a Japanese themed event. The Iron Comet Challenge includes heavy fighting\, fencing\, thrown weapons\, and archery. It also includes an Arts and Sciences competition. All are welcome to compete in any tournament. Adults wishing to complete the challenge must compete in 3 of the 4 marshal activites\, but they must participate in the A&S competiton. Youth wishing to complete in the challenge can omit two martial activities\, but they must participate in the A&S competition.\nIn addition to the Iron Comet tournaments\, there will also be an Arts and Sciences display where you can show your craft\, but not complete. The medieval lawn games will also be running during the day for anyone who wants to play or watch. We are adding another treat as well. There will be an “Iron Apron” dessert competion.
