SCA Demo at Fredonia Makers’ Fair

October 20 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Hosted By: Shire of Heronter

Wheelchair Accessible no alcohol allowed pets allowed no flames allowed weapons allowed

It’s the third annual Maker Faire at SUNY Fredonia and The Shire of Heronter has been welcomed back with open arms. We were one of the most popular exhibitors at their faire and they’ve invited us back. This year, we hope to have our own medieval tent village. We’ll have most of the quad space behind the science center to set up. We have room for a list field for heavy and fencing and thrown weapons range (pending appropriate marshalls attending), dancing, A&S displays, and period tents.

The event is October 20th, 2018 and is sponsored by and being held at The State University of New York at Fredonia campus in and around the Science Center, 221 Science Drive, Fredonia, New York 14063. The faire will be open to exhibitors from 9AM to 5PM and to the general populace from 10AM to 4PM. Attendance is free for both exhibitors and attendees. Their website for the Maker Faire is:
http://fredonia.makerfaire.com. Our FB page for the event is: https://www.facebook.com/events/246884026014266/ Please RSVP via the FB page or autocrat email.

Any questions on what may or may not be allowed can be directed to the demo autocrat, Lady Helena Lyncoln (Melinda Kinney, (716) 397-4134, SMoonFan83@hotmail.com). Merchants have to register separately with the makers faire people, but state that you’re with us.
