As the festive holiday season draws to a close, the Shire of Steltonwald is pleased to host AEthelmearc’s 12th night celebration. A time for merriment and of families reuniting. A time to enjoy the warmth of the season and a cup of wassail. Join us Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 11 am to 9 pm, at the Mayernik Center, Avonworth Community Park, 489 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, Pa 15237.
Registration for the event is $13.00 if paid before 12/22/18, $15.00 at the door for adults, (members pay a discounted rate of $8.00 if paid before 12/22/18, and $10.00 at the door), children under 18 are $5.00, under 5 are free.
An all day side board will be available for an additional $10.00 per adult, children under 18 $5.00 and under 5 free.

Included an email if you would like confirmation of your reservation. All reservation received after the site limit will be put on a waiting list. All checks will be held until the day of the event. If a cancellation is emailed before 12/31/18 and confirmed, the check will not be deposited, it will be destroyed, and the spot will go to the next on the waiting list. If the reserved spot is a no-show on the day of the event, the check will be deposited and there must be a written request for a refund.
A plan for the day includes only 2 order meetings, (the first two to contact the autocrat will be assigned a space and time) The Sylvan bardic championship, (more to be announced later), games and contest to match wit and entertain along music, dancing, great food and companionship.

The site is handicap accessible on the first floor. No pets are allowed, except for service animals.
Take your best route to I279 North, to the Camp Horne Exit, Exit 8. Turn west on Camp Horne Road, (signs toward Emsworth / Route 65) Follow Camp Horne Road for 1.1 miles and Avonworth Community Park will be on your left. The Mayernik Center is the large wooden Building across the bridge. Please park in the parking lot before the bridge.
From Route 65 Turn at Camp Horne Road, (follow the signs for I279) proceed up the road 1 mile, the Avonworth Community Park will be on the right.
For Hotels, we would recommend Wexford, 5 miles from site, there is Hampton Inn and Econo Lodge, There are many choices in Cranberry also, 10 miles from site. On Camp Horne Road, there are a number of restaurants, with fast food options on Route 65 or many other options in Cranberrry.
