Additional notes on Wheelchair Accessibility: The upper level of main hall is wheelchair accessible. There is a restroom and a shower that are wheelchair accessible. The owner of the site does not call it ADA Accessible as some cabins are not ADA Accessible.
Additional Notes on Alcohol Policy: All alcohol must be consumed in the main hall.

Please join us for year 30 of Harvest Raid. The Shire of Heronter will once again gather at the traditional site to do the traditional things! Activities will include Heavy Fighting, Fencing, Thrown Weapons, Archery, A&S Display, Silent Auction, and more!
Troll will be open on Friday, September 27, 5:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 28, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The site will close at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 29, and all participants should plan to be off site by that time.
The event is at the Lake Chautauqua Lutheran Center, 5013 NY-430, Bemus Point, NY 14712. Cabin spaces and feast reservations should be requested at time of pre-registration and are based on availability. Please note that this year we are only permitted to use cabins 1-9 and there is no tent or camper camping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The day board will be prepared by Lord Guy of Heronter and feast will be prepared by Duke Cygnus the Blissful. Please send any questions around allergies and dietary restrictions to the reservations clerk.

$25 Adult Registration
$15 Adult SCA Member-Discounted Registration
Day Registrations for Youths 17 years of age and under are free when accompanied with a registration of a responsible adult

$18 Cabin Reservation
$8 Youth Cabin Reservation (17 years of age and under)

$15 Feast Reservation
$7 Child Feast Reservation (12 years of age and under)
Young children who do not need their own chair are not charged.
For each attendee, please include the following information:
SCA Name & Legal Name
Indicate which registrants are youths (17 years of age and under)
Membership number, if applicable
Contact info: Email address, and/or phone
For feast reservations, please indicate specific Adult or Child (12 years of age or under) with the request
For cabin reservations, please indicate specific Adult or Youth (17 years of age or under) with the request
Make checks payable to SCA, NY, Inc., Shire of Heronter and mail all registration info to: Dorinda Courtine White at the address listed above.
Directions: From the West, South and East: Take your best route to I-86. Take Exit 10 (Westfield/Mayville) to get to Route 430 West. (From the West it is marked only as Route 430 West. Do not take exit 9 to Bemus Point). Follow the signs for Route 430 West towards Westfield and Mayville. From the exit, it will be several miles to the site (3 or 4 miles depending on where you start counting). You will pass Long Point Park and Midway Park before seeing the Lutheran Camp on your left at the top of a long hill next to a huge tree.
From the North: Take your best Route to I-90. Exit at the Westfield exit and take Route 394 to Mayville. Pick up Route 430 East and follow to the site. The site will be on your right.
Indoor space is available in the Main Hall for socializing, projects, games, and more as well as the A&S Display and Silent Auction. More information will appear on the Facebook page as we firm up details.
Arts and Sciences Display – All attendees are encouraged to bring items, in progress or complete, to display in the Arts & Sciences Display. Documentation is encouraged but not required. There will be a populace vote with a prize to be announced at evening court.
Silent Auction – We welcome SCA-appropriate donations for a Silent Auction, including items you make or gear that needs a new home.
Merchants – Merchants are welcome with no additional charge to the event registration. Please contact the autocrat for more information.
There are some changes to the site rules this year: no flames, open or closed, are permitted – only battery candles. Also, all alcohol consumption is to be in the main hall.
Pets are not permitted on site – only Service Animals as permitted by the ADA.
