The Barony of Delftwood invites everyone to our yearly celebration of the Holiday season and the approaching New Year. It will be a relaxing and joyful day of games, music and merriment for all ages. In addition, the Baronial Bardic and A & S Champions will be chosen.

The event is at St Paul’s Lutheran Church 210 Hazel St Liverpool, NY 13008.

Dayboard will be available from Noon to 2pm and prepared by Lord Finnian. We will post a full menu, including ingredients, for anyone to read at the event prior to the Dayboard. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact Lord Finnian at P.braun113@gmail.com or Baron Ixac.

Troll will open Saturday morning, starting at 9am until 1:00pm. The site closes promptly at 6pm and all in attendance must be off site by that time.

Family cap non-member: $40 (On site only)

There is a free parking lot at the site as well as available street parking. The site is one floor, at ground-level, so the entire site is wheelchair accessible. It is completely indoors, but due to the date in December and depending on the weather all attendants might want to wear warm garb. There will be a playroom with Yuletide inspired games and activities meant for all ages available throughout the day. Pets are not permitted on site – only Service Animals as permitted by the ADA. Also, there is no alcohol permitted on site.

The Baronial Bardic Championship will be held during lunch and will be run by our current Baronial Bardic Champion Lady Glenna Cholomondeley. The theme is TBD. The Baronial A & S Championship will be held between 2pm and 4pm and will be run by our current Baronial A & S Champion Noble Zabela Zavodchikov. The theme is TBD. The Peace Tourney starts at 10am until 4pm and will be run by Lady Muirgen of Delftwood. We will honor the tradition of hiding the bean in the King’s cake and crowning a Lord or Lady of Misrule.
If you are a scribe, whether a veteran of scribal arts or you just started, please bring any complete scrolls or works in progress for a scroll display so attendants at the event can see the talent and skill of the society scribes. We will be playing Yuletide Period music in the Great Hall during the event. Merchants are welcome with no additional charge to the event registration.
