Please join the Shire of Coppertree for an evening of festivity and misrule, as we mark the traditional end of the festive period with a Twelfth Night celebration! Our Feast of Fools will be a potluck dinner and party held at the American Legion Helmuth-Ingalls Post 232 in Franklin Springs, NY, on the evening of Friday, January 19th.

The party starts at 6 PM and will continue until 10 PM. The Shire will be providing potluck food, paper products, and non-alcoholic drinks via a sign-up sheet located at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12E-z1xtMTVNHutNz2M2-qe7Fq9neh0t2O2-KgovtkB8/edit?usp=sharing

Due to the potluck nature of the event, we cannot guarantee that any of the food presented will meet anyone’s dietary or allergy restrictions. Ingredient cards will be provided on-site, and will be accurate to the best of our abilities, however our abilities are often questionable at best. The good news is that it’s a potluck, so if you have dietary restrictions or allergies you are invited to bring something to share that you’re sure you can eat.

Beer, wine, and spirits can be purchased at the Legion Bar on-site – this is NOT a BYOB party; all alcohol must be purchased from the Legion Bar.

If you’re local and know your way around, take 12B out of Clinton headed south, past McDonalds, and keep going about 3/4 of a mile. The Legion Hall is on the right. If you’re coming from out of town to join us, take the NY Thruway I-90 to the Westmoreland exit 32 and take Route 233 South to the end. Turn left onto Route 12B and go a half mile, the Legion Hall will be on the left.
