Additional notes on Wheelchair Accessibility: The ground level of main hall is wheelchair accessible. There are restrooms and a shower that are wheelchair accessible. The owner of the site does not call it ADA Accessible as some cabins are not ADA Accessible.

The Shire of Heronter invites one and all to celebrate Harvest Raid and Coronation of Gareth and Juliana, September 25, 2021, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. Join us for the honor of watching our Crown Prince and Princess become King and Queen and a fantastic day of Fighting, Fencing, Thrown Weapons, Archery, A&S Display, Silent Auction, and Children’s Garb Exchange!

The event site is the traditional location at Lake Chautauqua Lutheran Center, 5013 NY-430, Bemus Point, NY 14712. This year, neither camping nor cabin space is available, but there are several area hotels.

Bring your creations to display for Arts & Sciences! We also welcome donations for a Silent Auction, including items you make or SCA gear that needs a new home. To support our growing young subjects, we will have a Children’s Garb Exchange to donate items or take what you can use. Bring day shades, your own food and drink, games and entertainment, and appropriate sun and insect protections. Indoor space is limited to the A&S Display, Silent Auction, Children’s Garb Exchange, and Royalty rooms, but there is ample outdoor space for day shades around the martial areas. Indoor restrooms and changing spaces available.

Pets are not permitted on site – only Service Animals as permitted by the ADA. This site is discreetly damp. Open flames are allowed.

The event requires pre-registration either online or by mail. No cash or payments can be processed on-site.

Registrations must arrive by Wednesday, September 22.

Adult registration: $5 members; $10 non-members.
Children under 18 are free, please still pre-register.
