Let it be known The Barony of St. Swithin’s Bog would like to invite the Barony and Beyond to a day of merriment as the Champions face challenges from any who dare face them. This year, in lieu of selecting new champions, their Excellencies call upon their current champs to face off in A Challenge of Champions Event. A true display of their prowess and skills! Any and all who wish to partake can challenge the Champion of their choosing. Not only will you be able to select your Champ, but also the Challenge! This is sure to be a fun day for all! So come with your weapon of choosing as the Heavy, Youth, Archers, and Fencers stand ready to accept your Challenge. The bardic Champ also awaits any challenge of song, poem or prose. A&S will stand at the ready to view all magnificent works! This event will be Pot-Luck. A sign-up sheet will be posted closer to the event. Hot dogs, hamburgers, iced tea, lemonade, and water will be provided. The site will be following all State/Local and SCA Covid-19 regulations appropriate to the time of the event so please check the event page frequently and be prepared for any updates or changes. Non-Vaccinated persons including children ages 2-11yrs old must wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking. This event is entirely outside. A large picnic pavilion is available. Social distancing will be observed.

participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and
