Welcome to our Kingdom!

A Missive from Their Royal Majesties of Æthelmearc:

Greetings Nobles of Æthelmearc,

We have traveled far in the last few months and seen much of this wonderful realm and its people. We are very pleased to see the art, valor and service our people exemplify. As our daylight hours grow shorter now is the time to spend with friends telling stories, working on arts, sampling the arts of the brew-masters, but always keeping our steel sharp.

In December her majesty is looking forward to queens rapier championship at the college of Silva Vulcani on December 9th. We are also journeying to the mid realm for their Christmas Tourney on December 2.

The dozen derby for largess and the over-the-top largess competition will be held early next month at Kingdom 12th Night. The over-the-top competition requires only one item to enter. Contact Countess Anna Leigh for information.

The Wardrobe group is still accepting more artisans. Those interested may contact Mistress Elisibeth Von Flaussenberg. This is a really great opportunity for artisans to share and work together as a group. It facilitates learning, research, collaboration and a stronger arts community.

Plan now to join the great crusade to Gulf Wars in March. Join us to bring renown for our lands in battle and Arts. Many warriors from Æthelmearc will be participating in the viking Deed at Gulf Wars as well. We will be Danes, led by Sir Marek Viacheldrago. Please contact him if you wish to take part in the deed and he can give you information on the kit requirements.

Ad Glorium Æthelmearc
Gareth and Juliana, Rex and Regina
